The first step is to contact us to be sure we are available on the time and date of your wedding. Once our availability is confirmed, we commonly spend an hour to an hour and a half with our brides and grooms, either in person or on the telephone.

At that time, we'll discuss your needs and desires. We'll take you completely through the fifteen steps in a wedding ceremony. We'll share with you several option and choices such as the religious/spiritual content of your ceremony. We'll show you several things you can add to your ceremony such as reading and symbolic acts. If you have a special theme for your wedding, we'll discuss ways to enhance your vision.

You tell us what you like and what you don't like. Then based on our interview, Rev. Robert will custom-design a wedding ceremony that expresses the essence of your commitment to each other.

When you decide you want Rev. Robert to officiate your ceremony, you'll be invited to offer a portion of the donation. Your non-refundable donation confirms our mutual commitment. We ink your name into our calendar. We send (or give you) copies of the literature we have for you (or provide you access to the private pages on our website that contain the same information).

We make ourselves available to you by phone, fax or email. You may come to visit with us again (or for the first time).
